Paired with the acupuncture, this method works wonders. Some people quit after one acupuncture session. Some people require 10. It all depends on how dedicated you are to quitting. I always ask people, “on a scale of 1-10, what is your desire to stop smoking?” All the 10’s quit.

What will I eat now that I can taste my food? How will I reward myself for doing this work? How much better will I feel knowing that I am reducing my chances of heart attack, stroke, and cancer? How much better will I smell and be able to smell? How will it feel to be in control of my life? How much better will I feel knowing I am reversing premature aging? How much better will I look?
